Compared to credit card chargebacks, cryptocurrency is a digital and virtual currency that cannot be counterfeited or reversed arbitrarily by the sender. Thus, payments are considered chargeback-free. It also gives customers enhanced security allowing them to send the amount they only want without requiring further information.

By accepting cryptocurrency as payment from your customer, it will make your business more versatile and customer friendly.

Once the agreement is signed and you have completed the integration into our gateway, you can immediately start processing.

We offer a lower and competitive rate, which includes all of our great features and unlimited access to our support team. There are no set-up fees, monthly fees, and no other transactions fees.

For fiat transactions, we support USD and EUR while for cryptocurrency transactions, we only support BTC. Please contact us to get the updated list.

Currently, payouts are made in either fiat currency or cryptocurrency:
- USD and/or EUR
- BTC

We process cryptocurrency payments for most businesses except for the following:
  • Narcotics, research chemical and illegal items.
  • Items that infringe or violate any intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents.
  • Ammunition, firearms, and explosives.

Customers from any countries are allowed except those from USA and countries included on the list of high-risk and non-cooperative jurisdictions as set by the Financial Task Force (FATF).

An experienced developer can complete a basic integration with AndexPay in less than half an hour. Keep in mind that integration time varies depending on the complexity and the developer’s experience level.

AndexPay requires the merchant a notification URL that can be called when there is an update in the transaction. AndexPay will send a notification to the URL using the HTTP POST method.

A reporting system will be provided to check and view transaction details in real-time, export reports and filter transactions.

In order to use cryptocurrency as a mode of payment, one must first own a cryptocurrency wallet.

AndexPay invoice is only valid for 15 minutes for fiat transaction while it is valid for 24 hours for cryptocurrency transaction. If you were not able to fulfill the required amount within the timeframe, regardless if you are still on the payment page or has deposited a partial amount, the page will display a payment failure message.

If the invoice expires and you still wish to create a new transaction, you need to click the Return button to go back to the payment checkout page to generate a new deposit address and QR code.

Since cryptocurrency exchange rates differ among wallets and services, there is a possibility that the cryptocurrency amount denominated in fiat currency is more than the actual amount needed to pay the invoice. Should you manually pay the invoice, you must make sure to input the exact invoice amount in your cryptocurrency wallet.

Our merchant handles overpayment, and they often have different refund policies in handling this. If you overpay, you may directly contact the merchant.

The invoice will be tagged as failed if you do not complete the payment within the applicable time frame.

Since cryptocurrency exchange rates differ among wallets and services, there is a possibility that the cryptocurrency amount denominated in fiat currency is less than the actual amount that is needed to pay the invoice. Should you manually pay the invoice, you must make sure to input the exact invoice amount in your cryptocurrency wallet.

Our merchant handles underpayment, and they often have different refund policies in handling this. If you underpay, you may directly contact the merchant.

Once you see this status and the timer has disappeared, it means the system has received the pending funds and is just waiting for the blockchain confirmation.

Please be guided that the transaction confirmation will depend on the amount of the transaction. If the payment is 1,000 USD and up, the system will require 3 blockchain confirmations before tagging the transaction as paid. Else, only 1 confirmation is needed.

Once payment has been confirmed by the blockchain, the screen will display the invoice as paid.

Yes, you can fulfill the required amount using multiple deposits. Just re-use the deposit address for depositing. You can even use different wallets but just make sure to complete the required amount within the given timeframe.

No, if you need to re-initiate a payment (after a complete or failed one), you must go back to the payment check-out page and restart the payment process.

Do NOT re-use the previous address as any deposit using this will be subject to regular transaction fees and may no longer be refunded.
